simplyheavenlyfood: Rest in My Presence when you need refreshment, resting is not necessarily idleness, as people often perceive it.  When you relax in My company, you are demonstrating trust in Me.  Trust is a rich word, laden with meaning and direction for your life.  I want you to lean on, trust, and be confident in Me.  When you lean on Me for support, I delight in your trusting confidence. Many people turn away from Me when they are exhausted.  They associate Me with duty and diligence, so they try to hide from My Presence when they need to break from work.  How this saddens Me!  As I spoke through My prophet Isaiah:  In returning to Me and resting in Me you shall be saved;  in quietness and trust I shall be your strength. Proverbs 3:5 Amp.                    Isaiah 30:15 Amp.

As I was reading chapter 6 of the grand weaver by Ravi Zacharias, this verse struck my heart. “Choose for this day whom you will serve”-Joshua24:15
Its as if the Lord has been saying this to me. Well, He is. We have that freewill to choose whether we will walk with Lord today or walk with the world. Yes, I may choose to walk with the Lord by saying it but not doing it. I am guilty of that my friend. Choice is a matter of doing and not just saying. We have to look deep down in our hearts and ask this question, did I chose to walk with you oh Lord today? Think my brethren. May He reveal to you the answer. :)
